@Jett129 i really like their bourbons and hanging out at their ranch since i dont have one any longer… but…. IMHO their price points are way too high. example, the ‘Cowboy’ bourbon we bottled this week sells for $250 ea. thats above my pay grade for bourbon. i mean, thats .5 pr of XHSIB

@Denimhead-0 tried it today, May have to give it another round with at least one of the Exceptional Cask Series I own. Cask strength definitely coming through more prominently here than in the other Foursquare I've tried, but not overpowering. Really spicy pepper on the tongue, rich, creamy, not overly dry. Long finish, that helps take the edge off the high ABV a little, if that makes sense? Just another really good bottle from Foursquare.

Edit: major bonus points for no added sugar or colour, as far as I am aware. True 15 years as well

Look into directional freezing. You'll need a fair bit of freezer space for this. Basically get a cooler that's insulated from 5 sides and open on top, fill it with water and freeze. It'll freeze from the top down (the " directional" part of directional freezing) and push impurities to the bottom as it does. Once you take out the whole block of ice, you'll have a clear top half and a cloudy bottom half
