I am with @Matt , I definitely get shit for my affinity of Man's greatest footwear achievement in the Crocs aka my swamp stompers. That, and our decision to not have children...talk about hate. Yeeeeesh.

I like to rip on Crocs but I wear Bedrocks which are probably even uglier and of course my Birks ain’t winning any beauty contests either.

Aesthetics aside, I don't understand how people wear crocs from breathability standpoint. Sure, there are holes on top, but doesn't the underside of the foot need to breathe too?

People who rip you for being childless are jealous. When I first had kids I felt very resentful toward anyone who didn’t share the experience of my misery. Now that’s it’s slightly less miserable and just tedious and irritating I don’t feel as jealous.

@Mizmazzle the wife and the pooches of course! Even at 37 I thought the trolling about not having kids would be over, maybe when I hit 40. I will say being an uncle is pretty rad though.

Yeah having a dog is way limiting. The kid just adds to it. We had ultimate freedom for a while between dogs and before kid.

They are objectively ugly, and I wear them every day! They're so comfortable. I kind of recently discovered the soft footbed, and that's a whole other level.
