Good, I thought I recalled a 12oz weight for the Wabash so wanted to make sure. One day I'd like one of them.

      Think it, be it.

The wabby is 12, but the warp/weft pitch is different than on the 12oz indigo denim.

We have an issue with the current batch of IHSH-75, the buttonholes are failing.  We are recalling all that are left with retailers and have taken ours off the website.  We know the cause, but the fix is difficult and the issue only becomes apparent when the button hole fails  If we can't find a satisfactory resolution, we will not make any more work shirts out of the 12oz denim…..

…or will make them with snaps.    😃

Discussed that, would rather retire the IHSH-75 than make it with snaps.  It is because it has buttons that people buy it instead of, or as well as a western in the same denim.

If we can't work out how to fix, we will look at make the shirt in a different denim.  14oz springs to mind…..

Is this an issue that can be repaired? I purchased one from Self Edge recently, and one of the buttonholes failed

It is a difficult repair, but not impossible.  If you take it back to SE, they will refund you.

That's what I guessed the solution could be

                    In search of:
                    IHV-04, med.
                    IHSH-185, large
                    IHSH-186, large (khaki, and green)

IHSH-75 is one of my favorite shirts, sad to see it go if it does, but the sound of a 14oz version puts a smile back on my face.

H has decided to do a small run of the IHJ-29 for May/June.

Like my ‘First Zip’, but I miss a Double action front zipper.

Yep. That’s always been my obstacle to IH work and rider jackets. With a two-way zip, I would surely have caved on something by now. That new indigo serge looks mighty tasty.

Now that corduroy Type IIIs are back after a long hiatus, how about making an indigo model? The indigo cord shirts were quite nice looking and I would most definitely be into a jacket.

I find myself layering with the IHTL-1213 waffle henleys now that it's chilly, they're great under a type III!  I'm not sure if this has already been suggested but I would instantly pick up an IHTL-1213 in these colors:

                                    • pale olive with black buttons

                                    • light brown with white buttons

                                    • dark brown with white buttons

This man's brilliant, let's listen to him!

                                    Blanket-line all the things!!!

Great minds think alike! I think some more colors in them would probably do well, I know I'd cop a green and a brown. They would complement a lot of the IH flannel colorways.

Just thought of another one (not sure whether I'd cop) but fire engine red like old fashioned long johns.

I could see wearing it with my black IHSH-87 or anything black like the IHSH-64. I also think it could pop under blue colorways like the IHSH-155 blue, denim shirts, etc.
