To give some perspective on the scale of the job at hand @Alex : 50 orders in ten minutes sounds like a lot. What is the average number of orders per day?

In 2023, we averaged 41 orders a day. Since the sale started an hour and a half ago, we have done about 260 orders

We have done more than that in the first 2 hours of this sale.

We try and predict what extra resources we need, but seem to always underestimate....

I'm guessing it's normal that I've not received an order received email from Iron Heart.? The order is listed as payment accepted on the website so I'm not "worried" worried. Just backlogged

@CosmoSix5 I received a confirmation email for the order I placed. Your Order History showing Payment Accepted is a good sign, and it should also have a link to download a PDF invoice.

Otherwise, a quick email to the IH team should resolve any issues if any.

@CosmoSix5 The above poster ( @isXnext ) is correct and it could just be caught up in the system. As you may have noticed that quite a strain was placed on the system today and everything should work itself out in a couple of days.
