@Alex nevermind- I had to hit "all mail" in my Gmail to allow it to show up. Not sure why, but I see all of the IHUK emails now.

@Oaktavia sounds like you use GMail? Sometimes the inbox defaults to what it thinks you want to see and suppresses newsletters
