@catdad1 haywire were a bit lame live when they opened up for DKM over here.
i'd love to see DRAIN again, though. been two years or so since they played in europe, they were always awesome to watch. best performance was at Jera on Air in the netherlands. came on stage 10 minutes late, left 5 minutes early. in between 30 minutes of absolute mayhem... -
Caught my first MSG Sphere shows a couple of weekends ago in Vegas. Wild experience.
Threw in a Wizard of Oz viewing on top of three Phish shows. The verisimilitude of the tornado was… inspiring? Can feel wind, the seat haptics, screen, sound, and flashes of lightning from strobes behind the screen… chilling.
The exterior and interior visuals get all the attention, but the sound was truly remarkable as well.
One of the cooler things they did for the screen was integrated the lighting director’s lighting rig software and had a virtual version of his rig that he could control in real time.

Phish really stepped up their game with the visuals this run. The first run was cool but this time they were really out to steal faces! I saw Dead and Co. there and the haptic seats really add an awesome dimension to live music. -
@Heritage_Guy yeah I was very impressed with the whole thing. I’m not normally one to sit at that kind of show but it is definitely awesome to do so. Would have loved to experience some Phil bombs there but Mike had an amazing weekend himself!

@dugafola everyone in our group wants to just rent an Airbnb and move there for the whole thing next time

We also rented some cabanas at the pool at our hotel (Palazzo) one day. Magical weekend.
