Where do we report issues with the new forum?

Couldn’t access the forum and website for a couple of days from Canada. I’m in Bangkok now and it seems to be working fine … I know a few people from North America who couldn’t access the site as well. Hopefully it’s all fixed now.

@Denman-John I've been on the forum with no issues. @AdamJ heads up that there may be an issue somewhere.

@goosehd “403 Forbidden” I mentioned it to IH via Instagram and they were aware of it. A few others had the same problem. All is well here at Bangkok airport today.

@Denman-John Yes there has been 403 issues and the crew are working on it. I don't know if it's widespread though and I personally haven't seen it.

I get the same message 403 Forbidden at random times and is nothing wrong with my internet. It started 2 days ago.

First time I'm able to view the forum in a couple of days, as well... I just figured I was retro-actively banned for being an eejit... Made sense to me...

Can’t remember if this has been discussed but would it be possible to add or enable a “dark mode” for viewing the forum?

@SKT …somebody posted a workaround on that and had the same issue. I’ll see if I can find the answer.

@SKT I think you are correct the Dark Reader is a desktop app. I have not been able to utilize dark mode on my mobile. Please let me know if you figure it out.

@Oaktavia I just installed Dark Reader on my desktop with Safari, and it was super easy to activate on my other devices.

Not sure we will be able to control that - sounds like an 'issue' with NodeBB rather than our customisations on its platform
