Good recommendations from @AdamC those pubs are good for more neighbourhood vibes there is also the Greenwich and Merchant House. I second The Briny as maybe the best seafood restaurant in Southsea. Fisherman's Kitchen is good but the location of Deep Blue on the Pier is fun. There is good Indian at Desi and jerk chicken at Natty's. Best burger is maybe Meat and Barrel.

I feel the pain…Our prices were all over the place this summer    It was $100.00 to completely fill my truck two years ago, and at one point this summer it was $300.00.
