IH-666S-UHR - 21/23oz Ultra Heavy Raw Selvedge Denim Slim Straight Cut Jeans

Been wearing these for about a month straight now, everyday. It's my first pair of the 666 cut. I also have 888s, 633 and have tried 634. Those are all fine, but I like the look of the 666 the best. I went in knowing these were a little too big in the waist. The thighs are about as slim as I could go. Maybe I could go a little .1 inches slimmer in the upper thighs, but that's it. I could go down in the waist .5 - .6 inches. That said they're comfortable with a belt. I have mixed opinions on how they look. What do you guys think? Keep going or get rid of them?

@don_pipone thank you gotta admit though, going back to these after the 18oz vintage is not a great experience the 18 is so comfortable and this is so heavy duty.
What’s funny is when I was finishing these up I didn’t think they were all that uncomfortable.

The UHR though is still one of the most comfortable denims I‘ve worn - once it‘s broken in. I wear them like sweatpants.

@Davids_denim these look killer! Did you start the monthly washes after the first month or let them go for a bit before wash number one? I’m about 50 wears in on mine and the combs and whiskers are starting to show up…

@indigo_nico thank you! I’m pretty sure I waited until month 4 for the first wash. They fade so fast you’re in for a treat.
