Well, that was horrible! I don't recommend spinal injections, unless of course you need them. Seeing some relief from nerve pain, but can already tell I'll be looking at a implant in short order.

Again many thanks, I am remembering why I hated having these done on my neck. End benefits are pretty small compared to effects the procedure has on me. At least the pins and needles feeling has been subdued a bit, which is one positive

Had a shisha pipe yesterday, not sure how I managed to get through 25 years of adult life with a borderline addictive personality  without trying one. Anyway - loads of nicotine, very smooth, quite expensive(!), not that keen on the aesthetic of the apparatus - 6/10

Came home from work… Had a glass of soy almond milk and a sandwich, vacuumed the place, mopped the place... Parents and gran coming round later for my birthday (tomorrow) and - more importantly - Mother's Day!..
