Today I wore my 814s to mow the lawn. It was overcast and so I tested them in the 80 degree Texas humidity. Real good lawn mowing pants! Kept the bugs off and the sun blocked. Surprisingly not too hot. And I get hot easy.

We had the UK power boat "Round the Island" race yesterday. P and I went out to see the start. The boats were berthed overnight near SAKURA....

Not really a spectator sport as they average about 110 MPH offshore

This was my first concert ever. Amazing!

My first concert was Guns n Roses at Wembley Stadium in August 91.

I've heard a bit of his singing over the last few years and I can't understand why people would enjoy listening to them now, he sounds awful. There's no way he needs the money, time to retire I think.

I saw GnR two years ago in a stadium in Hannover, Germany. Had very low expectations before, but it was awesome. They were burning for 2.5 hours. Axl, Slash and Duff, all good. Sure, they weren‘t in their 20s anymore and it was obviously for the money, but it was worth it.

That's awesome! They used to put on a great show! I'm not sure what happened to Axel honestly. The voice isn't supposed to change much over the years. Stephen Tyler was amazing and is 14 years older than Axel so...
