My wife was out in the woods this morning and found this huge cauliflower mushroom - just over 2kgs

Spotted a very common mushroom around the Villa O’Higgins, Chile area.

They are edible but I didn’t find them very tasty.
Cyttaria sp. Not sure which species. 7 different ones around here.
