Couldn’t this also just be normal production tolerance being exaggerated by the 19 oz denim rather than an actual pattern mistake? If the pocket-to-side-seam measurements are basically the same, maybe one front panel ended up slightly narrower, but with fabric this thick and stiff, couldn’t small differences in cutting, sewing, placket construction, or how the panels relax account for that too?

I was assuming he would be sending it back to IH first.
If you look at their product shot, it's the same sort of deal with the pockets. It doesn't bug me because they have the same distance from the side seams.
Whatever, I must remain strong and hold out for 21oz Untucked!

There is talk of different spacing to the placket on other CPO threads too (forget which one went into detail), but I think it was because of what @Chibs said...same distance to side seam

First time putting it on n it’s a little tight in the chest compared to my 292 but not to the point where it would bother me. Could only wear a tee n maybe a long sleeve. But love the color! -

So i grabbed a Medium and it fit well but was just a bit snug around the upper chest. Would be fine by itself but really wouldnt be able to layer. The other day one of the members here, @oxenbenj sent me a message that he had a Large and saw my post in this thread that I was worried about my Medium being too small while it was in transit. Well he did the opposite so we decided to trade. Funny enough we are both in NYC so we met up yesterday and swapped. Great to meet fellow IH junkies! Here is a pic of me wearing the Large. Perfect fit now, especially if I decide to layer. Thanks again, Ben!
