Breakfast of Champions

[bryaneidins70]

Could be dinner but it was breakfast and went down well after my run..

[endo]

Fatteh - one of the best breakfasts there is.

[bryaneidins70]

That looks delicious @endo.

Had to look it up and i'll be making that tomorrow.

[endo]

@bryaneidins70 Here’s how I do it: (from bottom to top)

• crumbled toasted bread—pita, for example, though any kind works
• a generous amount of tahini
• Greek yoghurt (10% fat) mixed with plenty of fresh garlic, salt, and lemon juice
• hot chickpeas with a good amount of olive oil
• cilantro on top, if you like it

[northsouthdenimguy]

My new Waffle House go to is the Chicken Fiesta Protein Bowl. I’ve started adding an extra chicken breast and more jalapeños to it. It’s damn good and has a ridiculous amount of protein. I think it’s relatively healthy (well, it is still WF), but it’s basically just a big protein meal.

[Chibs]

Mrs Chibs: “And what are you going to do with that photo?”

Me: “ breakfast of champions thread”

[bryaneidins70]

@endo Thank you. We roasted a load of chickpeas yesterday, so I think these will make a good accompaniment.

[goosehd]

Bagel, light cream cheese, and slices of habanero

[twin]

@goosehd Well this should be a hot breakfast.

[Tyler]

@Chibs Now im not a breakfast-y person but THIS is a bit of me! - Can't beat scrambled eggs and bacon!
