Yeah I love it after the wash. Artificial light tho.
-
@Northman looks great...now I wish I would have snagged one. Might have to run to Portland to see if they have any in stock once the new shop opens.
-
Needs a wash but the weight, denim and details are really nice

So many great fit pictures, how does the fabric feel? My od broken twill 123 jacket is beyond soft, this one looks a little crispier
-
For those that washed it, did you soak, wash, cold wash, hot wash.. what did you end up trying?
And Mike wrote “extreme minimal shrinkage” is that your experience too? Or did it shrink more then we was told to expect?

I just turned it inside out and put in a regular 40 celsius wash with a medium spin. Air dry in a hanger.
I did not take any pre or after measurements. I do think the shrinkage for my jacket at least was minimal. What it did is just made it snug up a tiny tiny bit so that it feels like a kickstart to molding to my body ( if that makes any sense ). -

edit. 123 feels smoother and softer but it is not a huge difference. Ramblin feels just a little bit more rugged.
Weight is very similar. In my opinion just a bit crispier.

@mecken88 I did a hot soak for about an hour and then hang dry. As others have said it tightened up but no crazy shrinkage. The sleeves were the main area I wanted to shrink up a bit and it did enough that I don' really need to cuff when wearing over a flannel anymore. The denim is somewhat soft out of the bag and the wash made it crunchier (as to be expected), which makes it better suited to molding to your body.
I really love this jacket. I can already tell that this is the one I will grab first when running out the door.
-
@Northman having both is the best option anyway

-
can't believe that ramblin's are already up on ebay for over $200+ retail....dudes are just buying them to flip.
-
@dugafola what a bummer for folks who actually want the goods...
-
@FlavourFade It's gonna get crunchy after the wash unles you use thise fabric softeners but eventually will soften up when use.
