@tody Okay thanks. If the stockist list is up to date I might be able to try them on before buying so will probably do that. The other measurements look fine but not worth the risk ordering I guess. My waist could squeeze into 36s in the denim double fronts but sitting down they were too tight. I wear 38-40 usually in jeans, but It is mainly to do with the fact that I have thicc thighs and glutes from lifting.

Hi guys, so there seems to be a lot of disagreement around sizing on these. I wear a 35 in the 888, should i go L or XL? Thanks!

@irondad86 I would recommend either would be suitable, I have a 36.5" true waist, and could wear a Large or XL depending on if I wanted them a little more relaxed or not.

Damn, y'all got me again. Wasn't even thinking about these. Started on my healthy kick recently so needed some lighter weight shorts for my morning walks. The only shorts I currently own are sweat shorts from Palace Skateboards. Love them, but it'd be nice not to sweat my nuts off during summer activities. Plus these look stylish in addition to being practical. Grabbed these and the khaki.

I have a few pairs of IH cargo shorts, the lightest weight being in the 8oz ripstop. I am interested to see if these are even lighter.

Very comfy and L fits me great. Different feeling putting them on with no fly but when they’re up it’s good.

I took a risk and got XL in these even though the doublefronts from last season both denim and duck I wear size 38 and was advised not to due to the waist size in these. Mind you I wear a belt with those. These fit great and pretty much the same as my 38 duck double fronts. The waist is slimmer but once I pull them on they stay on very comfortably. With these I feel like I have the perfect 3 shorts rotation.

For those of you that are still thinking about grabbing these, I have been wearing mine for a few days now and they are awesome. I know there was concern from some about the sizing of the waist. I'm a 33 in IH denim and got a medium in these. On the first try on they were a bit tight but loosened up within minutes. After one wear they have loosened up to the point that I need to use the drawstrings or they will sag down especially if I have my phone and keys in my pockets. With no tension, mine measure about 30 inches and pulled taut about 34 inches. So these have a bit of stretch if needed.
