Similar but different:
The Japan made DW-5000R is the lates addition to my little Casio collection. The build quality is superb and the rubber band is comfy. However, the module is not as advanced as the one of the GW-M5610. The battered G-Shock on the right is about 15 years old and it's been with me from German bouldering gyms to Javanese volcano tops.

My every day watch for 7 years and going strong. Take it off to bathe and swim and that's about it.

My attempt at making a keeper for this was a resounding failure, so I bit the bullet....
The way the lume has faded is a testament to the magnificently life this watch has had.
