However, it is important to start bodyweight exercise on small ledges only after some time of conditioning.
The thing is, in that vid, none of the training includes anything bodyweight....

I was referring to your video Giles.

You're aware that these are his testicles for his testosterone and no extra weights, right?

-
Ah, yeah! You're right. I just assumed I knew what they were doing. Interesting approach!

One of the coolest sports science videos I've seen in a long time.

Dug out my Captains of Crush grippers. I used to always keep one in my car to do while sat in traffic

Trying to keep the level up on my rowing machine. After storming through January, with a few days off in February, I managed to complete March with 26 days out of 31.
Weight has steadied at 92kgs on average, still aiming for under 90. My posture has improved considerably, and I feel way better. I hope maintain that throughout the year!

Lumbar spondylosis prevents me from doing squats, so this will have to do.

Keep this up @jdwaid and you might need this link

@Bridger the slim cut is definitely a bit tighter these days

-
@goosehd you might do this already but make sure to wear a weight belt for heavy lifts. My spine and discs are totally worn down from years of heavy deadlifts and squats. If I knew then what I know now…
-
@goosehd you’re a smarter man than I. Keep up the good work

My best belt and recommendation if you don’t have one is the SBD lever belts. Thick and stiff to brace against. Absolutely love them!
