I do. But the point is. The 60 day training programme him and his brother did, does zero body weight hangs. That part of the vid, is not part of the training.

Trying to keep the level up on my rowing machine. After storming through January, with a few days off in February, I managed to complete March with 26 days out of 31.
Weight has steadied at 92kgs on average, still aiming for under 90. My posture has improved considerably, and I feel way better. I hope maintain that throughout the year!

My sincerest thank you to @Giles for inspiring me to be a better me. Pulled 315lbs for the first time in a while. I may push a little more today, but it’s the first time I’ve done this in a few years.

@goosehd you might do this already but make sure to wear a weight belt for heavy lifts. My spine and discs are totally worn down from years of heavy deadlifts and squats. If I knew then what I know now…

@jdwaid anything above 225 and the belt is on. Done so for years to hopefully avoid those issues.

My best belt and recommendation if you don’t have one is the SBD lever belts. Thick and stiff to brace against. Absolutely love them!

Yeah lever belts were a game changer for me when they first came out. I also wear a soft belt underneath on heavy pulling sessions.

Gives you an extra layer of support and are designed to be worn under lever belts.
