just curious if anyone else has this experience, but are your curb chains generally longer than other chains of the same length?
I never noticed this until I got a non-curb chain, but it appears the curb chain is measured exclusive of the clasp, so it's actually a little bit (~.5" for AA) longer than the 21" chain to eye. In contrast, a PAM chain of 21" is exactly 21".

@pechelman I think the length is measured when the clasp is closed end-to-end. If I measure my 18" with a string, it is exactly 18" when closed, the larger allowance when it is straight takes into account the loss of length with the loop and clasp are joined.

@paris75009 on my AA curb it is 21" from the eye at the end of the chain to the last link that's part of the clasp. The clasp adds another ~.5". I can try to take a picture later.
also, not complaining about this, moreso just surprised that i havent seen this mentioned. Maybe mine is a 1 off variance?

After some reflection and dealing with a very tarnished Model 10 myself, I think the issue might be related to the storage bag the bracelet came in. I found mine had some kind of dust / ash residue on it when it arrived, and the inside of the bag was torn up. When I store it in the bag it tarnishes over night. But now that I'm wrapping it up in a bandana, there doesn't seem to be any tarnishing happening, or at l least not at the same noticeable rate as before This is my hypothesis as to why this might be happening with this recent set of Model 10's but not something that is seen with earlier models or other GAH jewelry. I am thinking of running an experiment to see if I can conclude this is the cause.

I am loving this curb chain! I had one of the same size as a bracelet, but traded it. I am glad I chose the 21" at the advice of @Brock . That was a good call. I didn't like how the 24" ball chain stacked with the curb, so I attached my pop lock bracelet onto it and cut a few inches off. Now it's a 30" chain which I think stacks much better.

@Fades-for-future when you click on the size guide it brings up braclets and ring sizes … can anyone comment on how these fit compared to IH tees? I’m a XXL in IH 1600 tees.

@Brandrea yeah i also have seen that. Well i only got a good Art longsleeve wich is oversized fit and can easily wear a medium, in Iron Heart i wear XL in the 1600. These new Tees fit true to size as stated. I would go with a large in these i guess.
