I don’t understand. If the Tricotine is available, why wouldn’t it be on UES’s webpage?

@Chibs - two retailers I got in touch with told me that they have placed orders with UES for the tricotines and they expect them in the next month or so.

When i emailed UES awhile back, they informed me that all production would go to stores and probably not to their own webstore. They were right.

@SKT their sweatshirts are killer. I have a Puca Pucara aspero cotton sweatshirt of theirs that I love. Pair it with my new IH sweatpants and I’m in a cocoon of insane warmth and softness.

@SKT - coincidentally I picked up a couple long sleeve "T-shirts" from UES recently - one is purple that I sort of match with those kicks you're wearing. It's super slubby and quite nice. Thought about a purple hoody but the length measurements are a bit short for my liking.

How you digging those Baklavas?

@MTpockets man I love the baklavas…super comfy and really dig the color. This won’t be my last UES pick up. The sweatshirt fabric reminds me of IH, dense but maybe not quite as heavy. Nice change of pace

@SKT looks good Sean! How do you like the color in person? I have dabbled in UES also I have a heavy flannel and a thermal. Love them both so far. I definitely want to get a tricotine, keep us updated if you get anything else.

Thanks Zack, I love the color in person. Kind of goes back and forth between an olive and brown. Very interesting shade. That tricotine is on my (long) list.

Received my UES Tricotine this morning, which I bought directly from Japan via Buyee.

Gambled on a size 3, and I'm quite happy with the fit. The shoulders are the narrowest I can still comfortably wear, but any smaller would be too small. The size jumps seem quite big, so I think a 4 would definitely have been too big. I didn't end up saving a lot between buyer fees and duties, so not sure it was worth the trade-off. I could just as well have waited for a EU based retailer to stock it and would have had the security to be able to return it if the size was off.

"Unfortunately" I am working on a IHSH-33-T for the redline Rallye so it'll be a while before this will get it's due

@tenuin Shirt looks great! What is it that makes UES shirts "not close properly" at the bottom when all buttons are done? My heavy flannel from them does the same but not my IH shirts.

About the flare at the bottom.. no clue what causes it, but my Extra Heavy Flannel does the same.

This one is a size 4 by the way, from a while back. They updated the size chart and I got totally hosed on a newer Extra Heavy Flannel in size 4 that is comically large on me
