January will a nightmare in the gym, but it will settle down as the season progresses......

My main motivation was originally to sort out my lack of left glute and weak left leg after my hip replacement, but it's sort of become a thing and I go most days when I am at home.....

@Larkens we only arrived on thursday evening, and the last two days were pretty cold. it's brightened up quite a bit today, so let's see if i manage the nieuwjaarsduik!

Well, power restored…but I don’t know for how long. It’s currently snowing sideways and the trees are bowed from the winds…
