How is it that Iron Heart can ship something from overseas and I have it in two days, but Viberg ships from New York and I’m pushing a week with no boots? And why, on God’s green earth, would anyone voluntarily use FedEx?

Seriously, fast, efficient, good value shipping is something we have chased since day 1. From personal experience, even if I don't need something I have purchased quickly, I still want it NOW....
