re: the sleeves, they state "quilted and satin lined", but are they also insulated? If so, Primaloft or other? Just curious since it doesn't say

I cannot believe how much I love this N1 jacket. Wearing a full Iron wardrobe here.
Size L in both the IHM-37-BLK and IHTL-1501 and size 34 634S-21.
Weather is -10°C and I am feeling warm and cozy.
