IHSH-218-BLK - 12oz Selvedge Denim Western Shirt "The Johnny Cash III" - Superblack

@SFMCfranky heads up

@Luke_is_back I think the model wears bullet for the IHSH-295-BB is incorrect, sorry.
Trust the measurments -
Will this be available from any retailers?
-
Yes, it will - it's hard to keep track of who has stocked it over time, still holds stock, and then also those that will restock it, which is why we do not post updated stockists lists for restocks. If you want to buy from one of your local stores, I suggest contacting them to ask if they will stock it - not only does this mean you are going direct to the source, but also means that if they are not stocking it, they can understand the missed demand and they may stock in in the future too...
-
@Luke_is_back the model is wearing XL in the 295-BB, sorry for the confusion
-

-
@Tobi hey. Did you go xl or xxl. Perfect fit.
-
@Mni xxxl :).. could have done my usual xxl .. but shirts shrink and in doubt I get larger...
-
@Tobi ahh good thinking. It’s such a nice shirt. You nailed that sizing.
-
Stoked. Feels so much more like a shirt than my 295. Very comfortable wear!

-
Long story short: I ordered the IHSH-295-BB and received the IHSH-218-BLK.. (from a retailer, not from Iron Heart obviously).
Story available to read in the IHSH-295-BB thread.Because of the slimmer nature of the 218 I think I am on the limit with the XL. I just wanted your opinion on the fit. I think the shoulders are ok but I can’t close it with more than a thin T-shirt underneath, the chest is the limit I think. However it works beautifully open.
Thanks!

It looks great, but what matters is also how it feels. I got myself a indigo 12oz shirt and for a long time I was a bit bummed out because it was on the edge of being a little too snug. It did eventually relax a bit, but it did take a long time.
-
@tody and @Northman thank you!
Yes I can close them all the way. With the button at the top it is uncomfortable, but the second from the top is absolutely doable. When I move my shoulders back there is visable pull in the chest. Will probably wear as pictured or totalt open.
I will keep it until my CPO arrives, then make a final descision.
Edit. Good to hear that it will relax a bit, even if it takes time.
