@zakrandom This wallet will be a little too small for a standard 3.5" by 5.5" field notes booklet.

Having tested it, the largest piece of card which comfortably fits inside is 3.0" by 5.0". This will be affected by the thickness of the booklet though.

Hi guys! I am interested in buying the specific wallet but I am kinda ambivalent regarding its thickness.
Can someone tell how this works with the back pockets of 555s?

My main concern is related to the thickness of it - taking in consideration the slim silhouette of the 555s around the hips!
Will it be uncomfortable especially while sitting?

Thats pretty subjective, but we have sold a lot of these to people that like the 555.

I have loads of the 555 and agree with @Alex I use this wallet exclusively and it fits great in these jeans.

I wear it all the time and in all the IH jeans cuts (in my size 28), I only had some problems the first few days with the pocket being a little narrower than the 463s.

@labrat Yeah that's the beautiful thing about natural leathers, they patina/fade/age with wear and tear. I don't own this particular wallet but hopefully one day I will... Hey who knows, maybe one day I'll be asking you which one I should pick haha!

Here is mine, which I have had for a few years now. I carried it in my back pockets for the first year or two. Now I keep it on my shoulder bag exclusively. Not because it was uncomfortable, I just wanted the back pockets of my jeans to fade more evenly.
