We're very proud of our ultra heavy flannel (UHF) shirts. This work shirt is in an exclusive Iron Heart designed navy blue/black ombré check 12oz fabric, woven from Aspero cotton from the foothills of the Andes mountains, double brushed on the inside and single brushed on the outside, resulting in a very soft yet heavy, thick, warm and windproof flannel.

@neph93 I'm interested in seeing more in-person pictures. I thought UHFs were not a good idea for LA, but I have found they are perfect "jackets" for around the house. I don't have any like this pattern, so, like you, it will be hard to pass up.

A few (four?) years ago the ombre pattern was done quite a lot by H. It took over from the buffalo check which had been omnipresent before that. There was grey/black, purple/black, red/black. They are really special. There is a depth and detail to the pattern that somehow resonates with the warmth and softness of the fabric. A perfect synthesis of the tactile and optical elements.
