A House of Dynamite - Intense thriller, plausible what if scenario, and good performances.

This one is on my list. I usually like Kathryn Bigelow movies and I would watch Rebecca Ferguson read the phone book

Katie and I finally watched Weapons on Froday night. Excellent for the time of year. I especially liked how nothing actually scary happened for the first half of the movie but it still made you feel unsettled. Then when scary stuff actually started happening we were like what the fuck.

I did a quick trip down Kathryn Bigelow’s filmography and discovered she directed one of my favorite vampire movies, “Near Dark”. It’s from 1987…anyone remember this one? Kind of a gritty vampire/western.
