@Oaktavia Thanks man, appreciate it! Yeah what can I say. I've been wanting a type I or II for so long, having had a hard time to decide which type and all the ones I've tried - vintage or reproduction always been a huge disappointment. Gotta love IH even more now owning this one. Combining two types in one and delivers a perfect cut. Not to boxy and not to short, which I've always found on every other I've tried.
I'm looking forward to how this will look like in a couple of months. I'll make sure to upload the progress

@Oaktavia Will do! That's what I thought to. I found this one on sale at Pinkomo (Finland) website and did some research on the model and the denim fabric, and didn't find much at all. So yeah I'll keep on wearing this and make sure to upload the coming months

@indigochef it has potential to fade with wonderful contrast if you put it through the ringer and hold off on washing until it is stinky.

It's a little more tenacious than the 140 (19oz indigo/grey) but it drapes very quickly, the only flaw for me is that it's a little too short but I like it a lot

As requested @Oaktavia — This is the jacket I've had since the new year, but only lightly worn around the house most of the time. I wore it out for the first time over the weekend, and am now planning on giving it a decent run through the autumn. No soaks or washes as of yet — but it definitely appears bluer than our other denim and quicker to fade. I'll update in a couple of months!

Quick evo update — been wearing this one pretty regularly in the 6 months since my last post, with one wash. Love the grainy vertical texture that's starting to come through...

@SamD dude hell yeah your jacket looks awesome man. Love this stage in fades- contrasty fades but also vintagey from the wash. The perfect combo.

@Crease Thanks! I don't think anyone here at IHUK knew what to expect from this denim, loving the way it's going so far — so much bluer than 19oz lefty fabric.
