Wonder Looper

picked up one the tee's. I really like the fit and feel. I sized down one compared to the 1610 and 1600.

I don't own any Wonder Looper (yet?) and just stumbled upon their F/W 2025 preview video on YouTube - some very nice upcoming releases it seems:

That honeycomb henley looks fantastic
-
@Xavras That's my favorite as well.

Can anyone comment on the French terry pullover sweat? I have 2 of the heavy weight pullover sweats from WL both in M; one is from one of the earlier releases and it's shrunk a little on 30deg washes over the past 2 years and fits perfectly. I picked another up last year and it's shrunk a little since then, but not as much as the first one and I don't know if it's because I haven't washed it much yet or if it's just not going to shrink more.
I'm eyeing one of the French terry sweats now and I don't know if I should go S or M. The M's are a little over sized on me, but with the shrink accounted for the first one ended up fitting really well and the second one seems to be on it's way there but not quite yet
I don't want to get a S and then it shrinks a little over then next few years and becomes to small. Anyone had a French terry through multiple washes who can comment on shrinkage?
Edit:
I measured (all measurements are in cm) and compared to the website for WL from the 2023 sweater and the 2024 sweater. I also have a joe McCoys ball park sweater (love the fit on this, the fabric is also much lighter than the WL). The chest on the WL in reality is larger than the website reports. The length is also shorter in general but the sleeve on the 2024 is on point; however, this has become shorter as I used to fold it over and now I don't need to but it's still pretty long.Summary: WL seems to get shorter in the sleeve and body while becoming wider over time. Great investment piece in that respect as I suspect our bodies tend to to the same
The Joe McCoy fit is perfect, but I think I lucked out on this one because I have seen different measurements on this cut before when checking the used market. I picked mine up gently used on Vinted so I can't comment on how it was treated before I got it.

Have seen these in Jeanstore but they seem seriously overpriced to comparables?

Just picked up two of the new Foxfibre tee's... Should be here tomorrow, I was bummed I missed out last time. I think WL are releasing them tonight on their website too - they'll go quick.

@Gavin666 I have several shirts from them and they are super awesome! I would recommend at least one short sleeve and long sleeve.
-
@will6er They're pretty soft and very comfortable, I believe they're preshrunk so expect no shrinkage unless you put them in a dryer or something.
Here's a video with more info about the Foxfibre 70, the one I have in the pics is the 70 and the 15

Yeah I agree, on a cold wash and low heat you won't see any shrinkage bro

I was lucky enough to snag one of the Indigo blanket hoodies. Wow...this thing is amazing. I don't regret the purchase in any way but at $600 usd with import duties you are waaaaayyyy beyond the point of limited return on investment. I knew it was coming so I saved up for it and will also snag one of the Foxfiber iron dyed hoodies when they come out later this year. There is nothing like these things...but you gotta dig deeeeep in your pockets to get one of their special releases. I'm a bigger guy at 6' 210lb and I like my hoodies to be big on my frame. An XL in these gives me all the room I need. I'll post some pics if I get a chance.

I have some of their double heavyweight tshirts. They have almost no stretch, so “soft” is relative. I refer to mine as my summer armor. It’s soft fabric, as in not scratchy, but it’s the opposite of pajamas. It’s like when people call their XHS jeans “soft.”
I have machine washed mine and machine dried them. Definitely a little shrinkage, but nothing I would’ve sized up for. I didn’t measure it.
-
@Go-For-Chill Thanks. I bought a white Pima , double heavy and fox - like them all I hoped the fox would be softer but its fine. I am going back for a lot more soon.
-
@will6er I have one of the "fleeced foxfibre" hoodies and can't even imagine it being any softer...

Been trying left and right to get my hands on the full zip blanket lined indigo hoody but man this thing appears to be in short supply. Should be thankful because no body needs to be spending over $600 on a hoody but it looks so damn perfect that I pry still pull the trigger if I find a Medium.
-
They are nice indeed.
I had a chance to try one on at a local retailer before they were released, and ultimately I passed. I didn’t really care for how you could see the blanket lining through the indigo. I understand for others this might be desirable. Not disparaging it, just my pov.
I have their double heavy weight and Superlooper zip hoodies, which are fantastic. In general I find the fit a bit boxy compared to IH.

@flannel-slut I had a chance at one. Proud of myself for passing. Also mad at myself for passing. .. you know the feeling. $598 for a hoodie is sort of crazy town. There is a small on eBay atm for 100usd more
