@anodyne I listened to Friday’s show on re-listen.net,and was really impressed. Saw video footage on YouTube of Billy Strings playing Warf Rat with them and would’ve rather seen him play so many other songs with them. No You Rider, comes to mind. I’m spoiled when it comes to him,as this was just great. Will get to the other shows in the next few days.

Toto and Men at Work. Toto is always a pleasure, Men at Work was a surprise. Great show and still sounds like the radio on vocals.
-
As @Mizmazzle can attest, KGLW burned Colorado Springs down last night with the Colorado Symphony as accomplices. Just love these guys.
-
@mclaincausey they sure as hell did!! These dudes are having so much fun it’s hard not to love them!!

I saw Ministry in Brixton last night. I have seen them a few times and this may have been the best gig yet. Short set, but all bangers. It was hot AF but still the pit was working overtime. It was like watching 18 to 60 year old dudes have a rave in a sauna. Messy but amusing.

Your buddy’s wife seems to be enjoying the show. Not to mention your buddy. I haven’t had fun like that at a show since before I got married.

Good to hang onto something after a few drinks.
-
@Matt the 4 women in our group were enjoying the show immensely. And then came the thrash…
-
They both have wedding rings, so to Matt's point, they are either married to other people or things are going okay.
-
The KGLW boys brought down the house last night in San Diego!! With the San Diego Symphony backing them up , it was a night to remember. Symphonic Dragon is one for the ages!!

@derek111 ah that’s been on my reading list forever…need to pick it up! Yes, he loved it although they played for nearly 3 hours so it was kind of a trial by fire. Best proof I have is that he’s been forcing his younger sister to listen to his new favorite songs by them. It was a memorable time for us both I think.

Love Wilco.
TV on the Radio and LCD Soundsystem crushed Red Rocks last night and we had a crazy red moonrise over the stage during LCD’s set.
-
@mclaincausey It blows my mind that for some people, Red Rocks is the local venue.
