It is easy to write policies on office relationships and to discipline when necessary. Workplace performance has so many issues enforcing especially when it comes to documented training, workplace standards, expectations, etc.

My favourite incarnation of Porcupine Tree with John Wesley on guitar and vocals. Saw them live three times on the Deadwing, Fear of a Blank Planet and The Incident tours. Excellent every time

I have probably already shared this, since it is one of the freakiest displays of musical ability I've ever seen. This is an extremely difficult song to play, veering between crazy, often odd time signatures, changing temp constantly, intricate and complex polyrhythms and note runs, etc... and to make a performance of it into a one man show is just beyond comprehension.
