Back to the kitchen, and an introduction to Sous Vide.  A great evening.

I will add that the bread was phenomenal , as was the Sous vide steak, Hasselback potatoes and salad.

We call them Mackerel here. Great for eating, but also great for crab pot bait (pot going in tonight) and fishing bait - going big fish fishing tomorrow, now with fresh mackerel and hopefully even fresher crabs....
