Agree with @tody : as much as I follow the seasonal IH reveal video: a dedicated detailed presentation video like this, with a lot of close-ups and time to look at the details and fabrics does so much more for understanding what the items are (and are not)... Well done!! Also: actually much professionalized as compared to the previous IH HH videos.

@Tobi Thanks Tobi for your feedback. I also think that this time the items and especially the important details and features of the items have been better presented. Everything is focused on the product and the special features.
What you don't see in the video is that it was really cold that day and we were freezing our asses off outside.
And yes, we don't have to talk about the old videos we shot in the store, they were semi-professional, but we had our fun. We're always learning and trying to make the best of it with our small team. -

I had the same experience when I visited the store earlier this year. After buying from them online and getting great service I thought it would be even better to visit them and try on the different Wesco boots, walked away with their Boss boots. But had an excellent time there, Axel even came in on his day off to say hi. Great guys. Can't wait to go back there

Finally got to visit the store in Hamburg. On our way back from vacation we took a nights stay at the Scandic hotel. Realising it was only five minutes walk from the store I convinced my wife to hurry with me before they closed 45 minutes later. Even though there was a purple haze all over the place (released 15 minutes earlier ) I ended up with a pair of lefty’s.
