IHSH-295-IB - 14oz Selvedge Denim Western Shirt - Indigo/Black

Christmas in June came for me yesterday, packages from Self Edge with the collab 633 and IHSH-417, and from IHUK with this IHSH-295-IB. I love this shirt! I used Oaktavia's patented damp elbows to set the creases and plan to wear like it's my uniform for the next 2 months to kick off it's evolution while the weather is nice.

Thats not going to shrink because it's overdyed.

Are you sure about this? I can't find anywhere that says the 295 ib is overdyed. I believe overdyed items usually have OD in the model number, whereas ib items have a standard rope dyed indigo warp with a sulfur dyed black weft. ...although the stitching certainly does look overdyed.

@V-P thanks. Wow, from the measurements it doesn't look like it shrunk much at all. You actually notice a fit difference? Seems to small to tell, but I haven't tried.

@jpvisual Yes, it’s definitely noticeable. Not a night and day difference of course but a slightly slimmer fit.

Bought one more 🫣. First one from IHUK with snap upgrade from this release. Brund CPH had one XL left when I dropped by yesterday. I have sold many of my flannels since I find myself wearing the darker mono colour shirts more often than UHFs. This 295-IB fits me so well and can we agree it’s two completely different shirts with or without the snap upgrades, right
