@Clint_D it looks super nice. Hope to stay there next time I’m in Austin for the motogp race.

We are moving our bedroom in the house. I have wanted to rig up a outside-of-closet display rack for my IH treasures. I quite enjoy being able to see my gear in the daylight, out in the open. I used iron piping and fittings to rig up this rack. I found some medieval style S hooks made of iron designed to hang cauldrons above fires. I also found some attractive copper hangers online that I think look nice to hang my tops and bibs. I am pretty happy with how its looking. I just need to figure out what to keep in the closet and what to display.
I want to pick up a small rug to lay in front of it. I also have some beautiful antique Japanese dressers I plan to move in here around the rack. I kind of want a boutique-esque looking little corner of the room.
The room was not insulated, so my FIL, wife and I installed that along with bead boards for the ceiling. I am not sure the square footage exactly, but it took a good chunk of week last week to paint the ceiling and walls. I installed the floors this week and still have the closet to do.
Here is a quick photo of the room in progress, please do not mind the mess.
Edit: thanks ya hot mods with dad bods! I knew there was a thread dedicated to this sort of thing.
Bonus: Ship John hat I wore while painting the ceiling and it rained white.

@Tago-Mago thanks man!

@Oaktavia
Damn looks so good man, like a nice boutique -
@endo beautiful place you have.

Sleeping Duck is an Australian company that builds an over-engineered bed. I figured it might appeal to regular readers, given Iron Heart's reputation.
I believe that they're available in the US, but not in the UK. I don't know about the rest of the world.

We bought the hairpin leg bed by Modernica and it is pretty solid for us. Previously we had the Floyd bed which was ok. It shifted a lot and the panels slipped on occasion. My daughter has it now, and she loves it.

In the new house we have this odd little room off of the main dining/living room space. It was basically unused by the previous owners but we will be using it for playing vinyl and sips in the evening

@Anesthetist incredible listening room! Love that tractor seat stool.

@SourPower thank you kindly. The tractor seat is the Mezzadro stool designed by Achille Castiglioni and made in Italy by Zanotta. It’s incredibly stout but comfortable.
