@goosehd no, marinate the grapes in olive oil, vinegar, fennel seeds and garlic, on the bbq for a few minutes, the on the burrata with the marinade.

Edit: burrata not straight from the fridge though

Looks great @bluemantra especially as a first effort. Pizza is hard.

Here is our last effort. Basically a margherita with pepperoni. Next time I want to put a turkey pan over the pizza upside down to heat the toppings a bit more but it was really good.

@mclaincausey I couldn’t believe how hard it was. I watched a ton of videos. I made six 10” pizzas and I was the last to go so I learned a lot by watching everyone else.

Are you making yours in the oven? I also used Delallo pizza dough kit.

@seawolf if the pizza cooker insert I have didn’t leak like a sieve I may have. I did use the stone from it but I couldn’t justify the effort this time for just doing a couple of quick pizzas.

Itching to do a low and slow project soon and I have some meats in the freezer. Next one may be smoked and then air fried wings though.

@mclaincausey That totally makes sense. I usually blast my pizzas in the oven. It makes so much more sense for a normal friday night pie.

Can't wait to see how the wings come out! Will you brine them first?
