@NickD in general I like a 33 hem with a double cuff, I will measure what that equates to later today. But for example, these are my 1955's hemmed to 33" with a Japanese cuff. They are sitting above my hips where they should. It shows how my proportions are a bit wonky.

Probably grab an IH one some day, but this Orslow one is so light and breathable! Denim has such beautiful character too.

@T4920 similar journey here. As a kid I hated even the idea of it and now fast forward this forum happened and I saw all beautiful people rocking theirs. There is no coming back.

The straps are actually really long @tody . I was pleasantly surprised. These definitely surpassed my expectations. So heavy! So comfy. I’m still on the hunt for a pair of the herringbone ones. That would be sick
