To me, Haraki, Paula, Kiya and Demitra, the whole thing felt like a celebration of our joint journeys to this point. I started working with Haraki about 20 years ago, I first met Haraki in LA about 20 years ago, and Self Edge started about 20 years ago, and Paula and I met with Kiya and Demitra in LA about 20 years ago. It was a very nostalgic few days for all of us.....

It was so much fun seeing you four chatting with everyone who came to the party. And I'm convinced Sunday was a gathering for Chalupa Batman, esteemed and beloved doggy of @youngofthesoonest lol

Thank you @kiya , self edge LA, and iron heart staff. I grew up in San Francisco for the first 21 years of my life and got into denim during that time. For the last 12 years I’ve lived in Southern California and this was my first visit to self edge LA. I had such a great time and the staff couldn’t have been nicer considering the amount of people around. The entire collaboration looked amazing in person. Thank you for the drinks and coffee high balls

I came up from SD, but couldn't stay long enough to make the party. Sounds like everyone had a great time. Wanted to give a shoutout to the staff for pointing me toward the last OD CPO that I completely walked past and didn't notice.
Also, I brought my homie that typically wears more designer type stuff. I'm not saying he's now a convert, but he bought his first 2 items from Self Edge and is currently breaking in his first pair of raw denim.

@Ikeaparty The food in Vancouver (specifically the Chinese food) is reason enough to have it there. I still regualrly think about a meal I had in Vancouver at a Chinese restaurant. Holy crap.
