I sent an email just now after I placed my order. I wasn't able to get my gift card codes to be accepted. Also wanted to stack but missed that option somehow...In the easy chair with my boots on, melted whiskey in my hand. Could'na been asleep for more than three hours...time to go to work again...

Ross manually does each launch, so on a day with 9, he has a lot of clicks to do in 60 seconds.
RE: codes - if you input your code correctly and it did not work, then there is an issue. If you mean that you just couldn't click to add your code to the cart like you could before, we know this is an issue but have to develop a fix. We will be resending all codes to customers today to refresh their memory, as some people have deleted the old emails.
Stacking is 100% an option at checkout, I think you may have missed it. First time checking out on the new site? Im sure you will refamiliarise soon enough

@Mizmazzle Very similar story. My voucher code was also not recognised and I forgot to ask for a larger outlier size large.
Because these hot ticket items tend to sell so quickly inevitably there are going to be mistakes made at checkout.
I have e-mailed the IH team who can hopefully assist.
I am at work on night shift and set an alarm to get up to buy this shirt. Not ideal but most of the time (when not at work) I am spoiled living in the UK time zone. I feel sorry for you US and other overseas area customers, setting alarm clocks for releases must be a regular thing, probably deserves a thread all of it's own...

@ddtrash Fortunately these drops happen at 9am here in Colorado and I don't have classes yet at that hour so it works out pretty well for me....@JoshC got me squared away with lightening fast efficiency on the codes issue...but yeah, first time checking out under the new system had some new modalities to navigate...

@Alex I also entered my voucher code manually for this shirt and it wouldn’t accept it; the voucher code was correct however. I had also entered the code for one of the canvas jackets and it took with no issue.

@John-Galt I ended up just paying for my shirt straight up because I didn't want to miss out on my size. Then the crew was able to get the gift code thing figured out after. Saved me a lot of stress.

@Mizmazzle Similar story, Graham Mac got my code retrospectively implemented immediately.
Glad the timings for the releases work out for you.

@Mizmazzle looking at it, you were using a gift voucher not a loyalty code. I know why this did not work, and will address that separatley
@John-Galt @ddtrash were you usng loyalty vouchers? @John-Galt I can see you have uses left on yours, can you do a mock cart and show me what error you get please via DM so we can investigate

. However, I don’t see a way to attached a message to my orders (during or after the purchase) so I just sent y’all email. -
@Boit thanks, we know about this. The issue is that the shop pay expedited checkout removes this option. You can 'checkout as guest' to go to normal checkout rather than using shoppay by clicking here, or just email us the note as you have done.
We will work out if there is anything we can do, but I doubt we can customise the checkout of shoppay, so we may have to disable express checkout

@Alex my issue was with the loyalty voucher not being accepted at the time of checkout. I copied and pasted it from the loyalty voucher email and the message generated that it was invalid. I continued with the purchase without the voucher. However, I then pasted the same number in on my separate order for the brown canvas jacket and it worked with no issue. I just now tried a mock order of one of the remaining size small of this shirt and pasted the voucher number in and it now worked. So, either the issue was resolved or it was an intermittent glitch. Thanks for reaching out. John

I was able to pickup an XXL (normal IH shirt size for me) in both this and the 417-IND at Franklin & Poe. These were my 2 must-haves from the collection - too bad for my bank account they dropped at the same time! Both are going to be clutch this summer:

Looks great! I apparently was sleeping all day yesterday as I totally forgot about the drop..
I also picked up this one(and another) but from ISP early this morning.
Will be my first short sleeve, a little concerned about the arm sleeve opening being big enough but hoping it’s far enough down to where it’s not an issue.

@northsouthdenimguy I think this was a good one to roll the dice on. Relative to other IH short sleeved shirts I own, I would say that the both the sleeve length and opening size on this one are a little more generous (and IH SS shirts are typically more generous in both regards relative to a lot of other brands). Hopefully it ends up working out for you.
