X-Post from the „The small things …“ thread.
Thanks @mclaincausey !@mclaincausey said in The small things, the little details...:
…inside pockets were one of those things that put me over the moon as a kid on the rare occasion a garment had them, and while I may take them for granted on some garments today, remain hugely appreciated.
Love it on the wabby chore coat. I don’t expect inside pockets as much in unlined outerwear, and I appreciate that the stitching aligns with that of the exterior pocket opposite:

Talking of pockets… Stanley vs Patch pocket.

-
A well used pocket.

-
@Mister_Brue
Well used indeed! -
@Mister_Brue excellent looks like a lot of stone dust fades
-
-
Can’t get over how gorgeous that thing is.
I am wearing mine a lot. Much more than my 62 so it will pass it. I don’t have the attention span to fade a shirt quickly

-
Holy elbows! I’m wondering whether to repair these arms…

-
@Mister_Brue
Your Wabby Chore Coat arms beg for an inside out repair. This thing is not yet at an end.
Hopefully Gosport has enough original material available. -
@Aetas I may have some wabash fabric squirrelled away somewhere…

-
@Mister_Brue chore coat short sleeve could look pretty wicked down the road too
-
@flannel-slut Or maybe a vest? Just whip the arms off at the seam? Great idea!

-

-
need a restock of this stat!
-
@Inorganic I’d take another one.
