@Matt it seems ive made it a tradition to get sick on holidays. It was a 24 hour thing but i was recovering from the dehydration for 2-3 days. I had the "mason-dixon version". We call it the B.E.S.T. (both ends, same time).

Oh no. . That’s the worse case scenario. I was actually able to stay on top of the hydration by sticking to pepto and liquid iv. I knew from last time that the dehydration was actually one of the worst parts of it. That was actually the worst part of my colonoscopy too. The prep fucking sucks.

but i discovered the magic of Liquid IV just in time for my most recent gut bug. Works great for hangovers too.

@Matt intimately familiar with all this. Sorry you guys are hitting it the same time, kind of sucks when you don’t have the energy to baby one another. If your kids are like ours, I’m sure they’ve been eagerly looking for ways to nurse you both back to health

The great thing about dry heat is that shade actually provides relief. Now that I’m back on the east coast I have to get used to sweating at night again.
