Only allowed at festivals where the streets are closed off. In the past it’s been confined to beer gardens but I think when COVID opened up street patios it must have opened up restricted street drinking as well.

@Tago-Mago Deathfest is fecking awesome. I have gone a couple of times in my 20s. Venom, Electric Wizard, Pentagram, Bolt Thrower, good times.

@Tago-Mago I ended up seeing Melvins again in Baltimore later that year, maybe the year following. The put on a phenomenal show and LOUD as feck.
