@seawolf I have all kinds of weird tattoos but not too many traditional stuff other than my head. That is more custom traditional style. My back piece is in Japanese traditional style. Everything else is just random as hell depending on what year it was from. My right arm is completely blacked out. I have a deviled egg somewhere, I'd have to find it.

This tattoo was done ten years ago by someone who didn't know wtf they were doing. For all of those years it hid under my hair until recently when I began tattooing the rest of my head. One of the artists in the shop saw the pitiful snake during a session and said he could fix and finish it. Today meant a lot to me as it has now finally been completed after so much time. I hated that tattoo for so long and now I am overjoyed.

With that said, it fucking hurt so GD badly. Holy moly for real 10/10 pain from behind the ear to the back of the head. Horrible, horrible pain. The face area was not so bad believe it or not. But back of the head by the brain stem was brutal torture. I highly recommend staying far away from this area unless you are a tattoo obsessed freak like yours truly.

@Oaktavia that looks amazing man. I know you’re relieved to have it look how you imagined it. I have a few that need some help. I can’t imagine that back of the head pain. You’re a beast for sitting through that.

It all started out as a bit of a joke, we went to Mikkeller Beer Celebration Copenhagen in 2023 and I told my wife if she saw anyone doing pizza slice flash I would do it, she found someone doing it, then from there I had the great idea of an MSG tattoo and now its spiralled, I have a list of things including:

1. Gilda Pintxo
2. Xiao Long Bao
3. Mortadella log
4. Tomato
5. Cantillon logo on a tumbler (beer)
6. Whole roasted lechon on a spit
7. King Crab
8. Chartreuse bottle
9. Hawkins cheesey
10. Pate en croute

etc etc

Although as amateur as it might have been, I still think the OG snake had some cool character New one is an objective improvement though

Another head tattoo, this time a long eared bat. Really happy with how the space was filled in. Going to take a long break now and grow my hair back out for a while.

I binge through my tattoo work like a madman. How do you think I got this covered? Lots of torture.

I’m all for shitty tattoos. Those tell a better story than something done by a better artist. That said, they should be small, easily hidden and surrounded by better ones.

The snake cover up is outstanding Stevie. Glad islts over with.

this was the first session on the convention I told you about. on the second we’ve done half of the clouds and some background filling, no pictures yet. will do a little update after round 3

@Matt well said my friend and thank you. That snake was an embarrassing burden for far too long. It was a big deal to me to finallt fix it.

When I can remember, I asked my artists for the stencils from the tattoo. I usually forget but today I remembered. I frame them and hang 'em oh my wall.
