I made a new puppy friend training with a mobile hurricane relief call center on Thursday. They are calling him Noaa as he was rescued from flooding in Swannanoa, and after the weather emergency band.

I bet Noaa cheers everyone up in the call center. What a cute pup!

He was very cute. The team from Ohio are planning to take him home and train him as a therapy dog.

@Denman-John he has a good character but he still has strong terrier characteristics so we also have photos in which his teeth are quite visible
