@markus_berlin_ …and it’s a stretch for me as well. A few months ago, a member of the forum tried to sell a pair of pre-lawsuit Ironheart’s for $20,000 USD here in the marketplace. I quickly removed it and let the poster know that the last pair of jeans from that batch were one’s from Giles personal collection and had sold for $175…

Some people are sharing the love, and some are out to make a quick buck. My preference is for the former.

@Denman-John If it's already started, best to get @JoshC to re-inforce it before it becomes a larger problem. They tend not to stop in place and will just get progressively worse, in my experience.

@EdH Yes, along with some other brands who did that, too - as a nod to the brand that influenced them. Unfortunately, not a motive that helps you in a trademark infringement case.
