Local bagel geniuses Rich Spirit formed the basis for this morning’s sandwich. So damn good! Extra sharp Tillamook and a quality egg sunny side up so that I get yolk running down my arm as god intended.

Iberican and Serrano hams, cheddar, sunny side up eggs, everything bagel. If it doesn’t leak yolk when you so much as look at it I can skip the breakfast sandwich.
