Chocolate croissant breakfast on the go. Such impeccable lamination that it just shattered as I ate it and I had to find a rubbish bin to hunch over to complete the meal.

Local bagel geniuses Rich Spirit formed the basis for this morning’s sandwich. So damn good! Extra sharp Tillamook and a quality egg sunny side up so that I get yolk running down my arm as god intended.
