Depending on a number of factors shipment of items from Japan can be delayed. The crew will do their best to update ETA as and when they know.

@Otti69 @Tago-Mago these were scheduled for April however these are always estimates and can often arrive earlier, or very often, slightly later. There are still in production and we havent had any further update that they are "ready" however we are hoping they will be soon. We will update here when we have a more concrete ETA

Almost end of May and still no real news but the price increase is already there .
I am starting to understand the iron heart philosophy.

If we had a magic wand to wave so we could sort out the production issues that we, (and just about every other Japanese company, in our space) are facing, then we would wave it. But honestly, nothing less than a magic wand is going to fix anything soon....

And it is as frustrating for us as I am sure it is for you.

@Alex has stated on numerous occasions that the Japanese are really good at what they do, but they are not very good at communicating when things are running behind.

From my experience, IHUK is very good at communicating when and if they know something. The problem is the communication link between Japan and here.

@Germinal There is always room for improvement and as a whole I can say I have seen changes over the years that have definitely gotten better. Availability of items, selection, website design, point of sale, etc.

Iron heart is much bigger than one person though and everything takes time. Thank you for understanding and your input.
