I was up in Sydney a fortnight ago when it landed, and I didn't pay much attention to it.
It looks a nice bag, and I do like the adjuster with the rocket engraving.
There was also the Chimera sling that dropped last week, but that's also sold out.
The most interesting sounding project that they're doing is the Berserker, which is the follow up to the GoRuck Samarai from last year.

@goosehd all I know is that it's due in the summer or fall of this year, and it'll be based around the GR1.
There's also a line in the collaborations calendar (which you can find in their Facebook group) that reads: GORUCK x Carryology Samurai Expansion (Summer)

@Seul I used a very similar sling by Patagucci for years til the trims all went to hell. Excellent bag you have there.

@Graeme @mclaincausey I was intrigued by the MW Mars bag made for Nasa and told my wife how much I would love to have one in a day bag size. I guess I fell for the all too convenient story feeding into a collab, but I guess it worked. I ended up pre ordering and HOPE it shows up for our London trip in July.
As for carryology and their writing… it’s completely obnoxious and it is incredibly inconvenient. I find myself having to read it all 3-4 times to figure out wtf he is talking about.
Anyone get the sling?

Normally I use the term rabbit hole on here, but…In the case of Volleback I’m going to use wormhole, bending space and reality. Never heard of them before and am checking out their site.

@goosehd I bought the gen1 Solar off their clearance rack so it is a little large on me but can fit over layers and can cinch down a little. It unfortunately isnt very breathable so it is surprisingly warm for being so thin. It does glow like a son of a gun after even a few min of sunlight,

I didn’t know that these kinds of materials were being used in clothing. It’s fun to look through, but the prices are kind of crazy (understatement)…It would have to be on clearance to make that kind of leap, although at one point I said the same of IH.
How is the fit and finish? Worth it at sale prices?
